Scrum Master

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to support our Product, Engineering, UX Design, and Operations teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. This role is ideal for a servant leader passionate about Agile methodologies and dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting release management, and ensuring the successful delivery of features aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a coach for the team and organization on Agile principles, helping to remove impediments and drive high performance.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Design, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Support release management, ensuring that features and capabilities are aligned with upcoming releases and that release readiness is communicated across teams.
• Represent releases to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) as needed, ensuring smooth deployment and risk mitigation.
• Drive team accountability and a culture of ownership while maintaining a servant leadership mindset.
• Work with stakeholders to track and optimize team performance metrics, using Agile methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.
• Identify and implement opportunities to scale Agile practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting technology teams (e.g., web, services, mobile apps).
• Experience working in Ecommerce, (QSR), Delivery, or an adjacent industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience implementing Agile best practices at both the team and organizational levels.
• Expertise in release management, including aligning feature development with release schedules and representing releases to executive stakeholders and CABs.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to high performance, promoting Agile maturity across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience in supporting DevOps, CI/CD, and lean product development is a plus.
