This includes leading the delivery of best practice technology, IT operations, information architecture, and security functions, as well as executing digital solutions that align with the company's vision and strategic direction. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in executive-level positions, particularly in the areas of data, analytics, and technology, and a strong focus on customer outcomes and continuous improvement. Extensive experience in leading and managing large, energized teams, change management, and a background in serving a geographically dispersed field workforce are also essential.
