Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to work remotely with students in a school-based setting. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing psychological services to support students academic and emotional development. This role offers flexibility, but requires a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a school environment. Previous experience working remotely is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological assessments to evaluate student needs and abilities.
• Develop individualized strategies and interventions to support students with emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students needs and support IEP and 504 Plan implementation.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Participate in meetings, including virtual IEPs and team discussions, to ensure comprehensive student support.

Requirements:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience in a similar role.
• Experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and providing psychological services.
• Familiarity with IEP development and school-based interventions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• Remote experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
