Job Description

We're currently looking to hire qualified chat assistants. As a virtual chat assistant, you'll provide customer support and assistance via online chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 

Requirements .

-Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

-A High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent..

-Prior administrative experience.

-Attention to detail.

-Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

-Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

DUTIES

If hired, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

-Handling tasks, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

-Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing

conflicts.

-Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create

presentations, and conduct research.

-Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
