We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to support the execution of engaging and memorable events for our players. Reporting to the Special Events Manager, this role will assist in planning and delivering in-person and virtual events that enhance the player experience and align with company objectives. The Special Events Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Special Events Manager in planning and executing the Special Events Program, ensuring all events meet strategic goals. Support the development of event timelines, logistics, and production schedules. Coordinate with the VIP Host team and other departments to execute player-focused events successfully. Manage event-related communications, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups. Assist with budget tracking, vendor negotiations, and invoice processing. Oversee event materials, including credentials, signage, and promotional items, ensuring brand consistency. Provide hands-on event support, including setup, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up. Engage with players to foster a lively and welcoming event atmosphere, ensuring a high-energy and enjoyable experience. Track event performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain detailed records of event processes and best practices for future reference. Valid Drivers License and Passport as this position requires travel 20% of the year (domestic and international). Requirements 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and event management software/tools. Passion for creating engaging experiences and fostering player engagement. Preferred Experience in Coupa and Tableau.
