This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and highly familiar with the backend of social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Responsibilities:

• Upload and schedule pre-edited video content using native platform tools
• Ensure timely and consistent posting across all accounts
• Write or edit captions based on provided copy/prompts
• Follow best practices for each platform (hashtags, thumbnails, scheduling windows)
• Monitor scheduled posts to ensure successful publication
• Communicate with content and strategy teams regarding scheduling needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing content scheduling for brands or creators
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Basic knowledge of caption writing and on-platform optimization
• Extremely detail-oriented and dependable
• Available to work in-office from 12–5PM, Monday through Thursday
