This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Truss Designer, located in Lakeland, FL. The Senior Truss Designer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed architectural drawings and truss designs, collaborating closely with structural engineers and general building contractors. Daily tasks include designing wooden trusses, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and project specifications. The Senior Truss Designer will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

• Proficiency in Truss and Timber design
• Experience creating and interpreting Architectural Drawings
• Strong Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and project requirements
• Knowledge of Structural Engineering principles
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in truss design or a related field
