Hi there, this is a unique job posting. I am more so looking for a partner who is willing to do graphic design for craft brewery and coffee shop merchandise. The unique part is my company does all of the sales (we reach out to clients, handle all communication, and handle the merchandise manufacturing & shipping. We are looking for a graphic designer / illustrator who can help us come up with designs for hats and shirts. Whenever we ask for designs, it’s for an engaged client who is ready to order. Instead of an hourly rate as a designer, we will instead split the profits of the order.
For example, if our client orders 300 t shirts and lit profit is $1,700, you would get $850 for the one or two designs. If you have any questions, please let us know.
