Job Description

DATE : May 29, 2025 POSITION : Secretary (11 months yearly) SALARY : Grade 55 - $2,785.12 monthly - Starting Salary DEADLINE DATE FOR RECEIVING APPLICATIONS : June 11, 2025 WORK LOCATION : Purnell Swett High School

GENERAL DUTIES :

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school so that the office's maximum positive impact of the Education of children can be realized.

QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma.
Post-secondary study in Business/Office Management preferred.
Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines which includes computers.
Clerical experience preferred.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and the Internet.
Ability to work with people; strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work as part of a team. Public Schools of Robeson County
