🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the sales team to process and manage customer orders
• Analyze and resolve customer concerns with urgency and empathy
• Investigate customer issues, providing timely and accurate follow-ups
• Offer solutions and product recommendations in a professional, helpful manner
• Coordinate closely with our art department to manage print file edits and updates
• Monitor open orders through our order management system to ensure timely completion

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and polished phone etiquette
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Fast learner with solid product and process comprehension
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or member support preferred
• Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude
