We're currently seeking dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (Physician Assistant - PAs), who prioritize patient care and strive for clinical excellence. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be pivotal in transforming lives through exceptional psychiatric care. Proven compensation salary from $105k-$120k, commensurate to years of experience (plus bonus earning potential). In this role, you will: Provide exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics. Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow up visits. Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care. Make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues. Stay well-informed of psychiatric advances. Demonstrate a passion for patient-centered care. Exhibit strong communication and empathy. Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies. Prescribe and manage medication regimes. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion. Board Certification (NCCPA) Current State of IL PA License Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
