Payroll Analyst

Our client is a global leader in the oil and gas industry.
This is a fully remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst:
The Payroll Analyst will partner with the certified payroll lead on specialized payroll tasks.
Process certified payroll for 10-15 sites, including locations in CA, WA, and NY.
The Payroll Analyst will ensure compliance with payroll requirements and deadlines.
The Payroll Analyst will maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Communicate regularly with the operations team to resolve payroll issues.
Preferred Qualifications for Payroll Analyst Role:
Experience with certified payroll and payroll tax is strongly preferred
Familiarity with UKG (UltiPro) is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
