We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Options Trader to join our esteemed trading desk within our broker-dealer firm. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 7 years of robust experience in trading options products, with a focus on either equity or fixed income. Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage options trading strategies across equity and fixed income products
• Analyze market trends and utilize advanced quantitative techniques to inform trading decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trading performance and enhance risk management practices
• Monitor and assess market conditions, adjusting strategies as necessary to capitalize on emerging opportunities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Trading capacity, preferably within a bank, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm
• Proficient technical expertise in Python, with the ability to develop and implement algorithms to enhance trading strategies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of options pricing and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience working within a Bank, Hedge Fund, or Proprietary Trading firm
