Base pay range $16.00/hr - $22.00/hr We are seeking a Make Ready Technician to join our team and help with maintenance and general upkeep of a 276 -unit apartment complex, located in Dallas TX - Birchwood Apartment Homes. What You’ll Do Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines Work with the property manager on budget and projects.
