WCS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Case Management / Home Care position with full time hours in New Jersey! This role comes with the potential to convert to a permanent member of the team with Union status and benefits.

Job Function:

\n

• Oversee given territory in Camden, Burlington, & some of Gloucester county (Territory assigned by zip code). 30-35 miles max commute
\n
• Will work every 5th weekend and 1 holiday per year. 12 on call days per year and 2 of them will be weekends
\n
• No custodial care, only admissions visit or revisit
\n
• Will receive full week of orientation with a preceptor in the field as well
\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Clinical bedside experience
  • Med-surg or homecare is perfect, NO behavioral health or hospice
  \n
  \n
\n
• EPIC is a HUGE plus
\n
• Knowledge of how to accurately document and educate
\n
