Schedule:

• Must be available for shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Primary shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts (OT only with prior approval)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinical Services team in a remote capacity. This is a non-clinical, administrative nursing role - no direct patient care required!  You will conduct pre-service, concurrent, and retrospective reviews, assessing medical necessity and appropriateness of outpatient and out-of-network services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review insurance claims for medical necessity and policy compliance
• Collaborate with providers to ensure quality, cost-effective care
• Optimize member benefits while promoting positive clinical outcomes
• Apply Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and related healthcare guidelines in care assessments
• Support the Comprehensive Care Program (CCP) , with a focus on Private Duty Nursing and Home Health

Preferred Qualifications:

• RN or LVN licensed in Texas
• Experience with Comprehensive Care Program (CCP)
• Knowledge of Private Duty Nursing and Home Health Care
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Must be available for the full range of shifts between 7AM – 7PM

Additional Information:

• This is a remote position ; however, local candidates (Austin, TX area) are preferred for potential onsite needs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. – no visa restrictions
