Landscaper

Salt Lake City, UT | Full-Time (Seasonal)|

The Front Climbing Club is looking for a skilled Landscaper to care for and elevate the outdoor environments across our commercial and residential properties. As a Landscaper, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the look and feel of our properties by:

• Performing routine groundskeeping: mowing, weeding, pruning, edging, and debris removal.
• Planting and maintaining grass, flowers, trees, shrubs, and other greenery.
• Installing and servicing irrigation systems, including seasonal startup and winterization.
• Applying fertilizers and pest control products responsibly and effectively.
• Handling seasonal tasks like snow removal and property winterization.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators).
• Supporting special projects like hardscaping, water feature installation, and light cement work.
• Inspecting properties and communicating needs or hazards with the Facilities Manager.
• Maintaining accurate records of completed work.

• 5+ years of relevant experience (combination of hands-on work and/or formal training).
• At least 1 year in landscaping or maintenance roles.
• Expertise in irrigation systems is a big plus.
• General maintenance skills, including light electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to great customer service.
• Valid Drivers License Required
