Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our clients team in Gilbert, AZ!.
Location: Gilbert, AZ!
Schedule : Friday - Sunday / 7 AM - 6 PM
Pay rate: $18
Duties:
Perform routine cleaning of warehouse floors, restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the warehouse
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and equipment areas
Monitor and restock cleaning and hygiene supplies
Operate industrial cleaning equipment as needed (e.g., floor scrubber – training provided)
Identify and report any safety hazards, spills, or maintenance needs
Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper chemical handling protocols
Requirements:
Previous janitorial, custodial, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Must be comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
Self-motivated and dependable with strong attention to detail
