The Instructional Designer consults, trains, and collaborates with faculty to develop and integrate educational technologies, enhancing instructional methods and assessments. They work with other instructional design staff on continuing education and curricula, develop course materials aligned with sound instructional principles, and support educational software. They evaluate the instructional effectiveness of developed materials and act in accordance with Rush policies and values.
