Lindbergh Bay Hotel & Villas seeks a highly experienced Hotel Operations Manager for a short-term assignment focused on stabilizing and relaunching Rooms operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Front Desk and Housekeeping, Caribbean experience, and immediate readiness to lead.
This is a mission-critical role for the property in recovery mode, perfect for a leader who thrives under pressure and can deliver measurable impact in 3–6 months.
