Pillar Automotive is in expansion mode. Currently we are looking to add a domestic dealership to our dealership group in Northeast Ohio/Western Pa. We are looking to fill the role of GSM. You will be responsible for the entire front in operation of a dealership to include new, used, finance departments from training to final results. If you have been passed over and want an opportunity to run the front end of a store and show what you can do, then this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Will include being over the State Sales Effective rate set by the manufacture, running the used car department to maximize gross and turn based on the market, and finance number that are in the top 25% amongst our peers. We will work with you to set action plans with timetable to exceed these goals.
Qualifications
You must have at least 3 years of experience in a retail franchise dealership management position, a track record of success in your department over a significant period of time, and good CSI. Candidate must also have a strong desire to learn, work, develop your staff, and make the most out of the opportunity. In the beginning of the quest, it will require you to put in the time necessary to get the dealership up to speed. If you are not committed to put in the time it takes, we are the wrong spot for you. If you are willing to put in the time, we are willing to show and train you to become a strong General Manager.
