Group Product Manager – EdTech

Location: Remote (Hybrid required if located in Tempe, AZ)

Travel: Up to 20% | Full-Time

This role is part strategist, part coach, and part hands-on contributor—ideal for someone who’s excited to guide product development from ideation to execution while mentoring a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coach a team of product managers, business analysts, and associates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product design, curriculum, and other teams
• Shape vision and strategy for multiple product areas within a defined domain
• Manage and communicate a multi-year product roadmap aligned to user needs and company goals
• Lead the creation of detailed product documentation and prioritization for development cycles
• Champion creative thinking, user-centered design, and a test-and-learn mindset
• Facilitate regular stakeholder feedback loops to inform iterative improvement
• Serve as a thought partner in both tactical execution and long-term planning
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and impact
• Perform additional duties as needed

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, including people leadership
• High level of technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others while driving product results
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate and plan for future growth
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environments
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
