Requirements Lee Health needs locum Inpatient and outpatient Gastroenterology providers for coverage for a possibility of 4 different locations within the network. Lee Memorial, HealthPark, Gulf Coast, and Cape Coral. Ongoing coverage opportunity until the end of the year.ERCP is REQUIRED.Coverage dates needed: - Inpatient daily 24 hour call coverage hours- Monday- Sunday 7am-7 amCall coverage needs: depending on location, may be nightly, may be every other night. At least one week per month coverage. Provider covers one location per day and ideally 1 location per stretch of dates. We do ask for flexibility to move between locations but do NOT generally ask for travel mid-day.Job Description: GI Inpatient Hospitatlist. Consults, follow ups, scopesPatients per day: 10-20Support Staff: Advanced Practitioners, hospital supportProcedures required: Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, and ERCPAdditional surgical staff: Endoscopy unit with full staffGastroenterology - Applicants for initial appointment must be able to demonstrate inpatient or consultative services for at least 50 patients during the past 12 months. .? EUS - Required previous experience: Demonstrated current competence and evidence of the performance of at least 24 EUS procedures (mucosal/submucosal, pancreaticobiliary, and EUS-guided fine needle aspirations) in the past 36 monthsProviders must have an active FL license, clean background and clean NPDB, must be Board Certified and must meet all procedure log requirements to be booked. **Must allow 30 days for credentialing**
