Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer with strong experience in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js.

• Utilize Tailwind CSS to create modern and efficient UI components.

• Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.

• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration.

• Implement best practices for code quality, accessibility, and responsiveness.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple browsers and devices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

• Proficiency in React and Next.js.

• Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development workflows.

• Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Experience using CRMs (GHL, HubSpot, SalesForce, etc)

• Prior experience in a startup or agile development environment.
