Who We Are:

Texas Pride Fuels is an experienced full-service diesel and lubricant supplier to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in on-site automated frac fueling service all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico.

What You'll Do:

The Frac Fuel Supervisor will oversee the successful daily distribution of diesel fuel across multiple locations in West Texas. The Frac Fuel Supervisor will utilize demonstrated strong leadership qualities and experience to make decisions, maintain and improve upon standard operating procedures and safety culture, troubleshoot issues in real time, and be a go-to resource for all field personnel in West Texas.

What We're Looking For:

The Frac Fuel Supervisor will have a broad knowledge base and extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in frac fueling. The Frac Fuel Supervisor will have a demonstrated background of leadership, effective communication with personnel and customers, real-time decision making, and commitment to safety.

When and Where You'll Work:

This position will work an 11 day on/3 day off rotation in Midland and the surrounding area.
