About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for the Office of Physician and APP Recruitment and Alignment. This leadership role is pivotal in directing all aspects of physician and advanced practice recruitment, as well as integration and provider practice acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic partnerships, planning, and ensuring the enterprise's growth and retention goals are met. Key responsibilities include leading provider practice acquisitions, recruitment strategies, and standardizing processes, as well as staying abreast of technological trends in candidate sourcing. The role also involves financial planning, creating stakeholder relationships, and leading a high-functioning team to drive results on a global scale. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a matrixed healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of progressive leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. Agility, influence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to drive results are essential. The role requires a leader who can model inspirational and inclusive behaviors and is capable of fostering alliances in potential markets to ensure stakeholder buy-in. The Executive Director will work closely with the Law Department and Staff Compensation to develop provider contracts and compensation models and will be expected to travel as needed.
