Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Job Summary:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations, including unloading, order fulfillment, inventory management, and truck loading.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other MHE safely.
Unload trailers, verify loads, and stage products.
Pull orders, use a conveyor system, and load trucks.
Maintain inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools.
Assist with cycle counting, physical inventory, and general warehouse tasks.
Qualifications:
~1+ year of experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
~1+ year of warehouse experience.
~ High School Diploma or GED.
~ Ability to lift 35-48 lbs. consistently and move up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
~ Must obtain power equipment certification upon full-time conversion.
Additional Requirements:
Warehouse-appropriate attire and safety gear (Yellow Reflective Safety Vest required).
Sturdy, closed-toe shoes (no sandals, Crocs, or 'Ugg' boots).
