Job Description

Aerosapien Technologies is an electric aviation and engineering company.

We are developing all-electric aircraft for cargo transport. With the ability to operate using existing helipads and regional airports.

Key Responsibilities

As a Summer Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in real-world EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) practices while contributing to high-impact initiatives. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with facility-wide safety audits and hazard identification walkthroughs.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of safety training sessions and digital learning content.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement safety improvement plans and corrective actions.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and reporting data related to environmental sustainability metrics (e.g., energy use, emissions, waste management).
  • Participating in the review and update of safety policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
  • Engaging in incident investigation processes and helping identify root causes and preventive measures.
  • Contributing to employee safety engagement campaigns and toolbox talks.

Required Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic work environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest in workplace safety, environmental stewardship, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Willingness to work on-site and actively engage in hands-on fieldwork and facility operations.
