This is an Hourly + Performance Bonus's, entry-level position designed for individuals who want to become licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.

What You'll Do:

• Call and qualify leads from our marketing campaigns
• Transfer interested clients to licensed Loan Officers
• Learn the mortgage industry through hands-on training
• Prepare to become a licensed Loan Officer (we reimburse for licensing costs!)
• Earn hourly pay plus bonuses based on performance

Responsibilities

•Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed
•Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.
•Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service

Qualifications

•Dial leads throughout the day
•Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
•High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred Lakeview Lending LLC
