Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new construction and tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects, including new builds and tenant improvements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Track and report project progress, addressing any risks or issues proactively.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including subcontractors and field personnel.
• Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and invoices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Experience managing commercial new build and tenant improvement projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
