The Director Wellness will lead the growth and operations of the Wellness category, overseeing everything from strategic planning to execution. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of scaling both expanding within current retail concepts and scaling a new retail concept while ensuring strong financial performance and operational excellence. The Director Wellness will lead strategy, brand positioning, store operations, customer experience, marketing and omnichannel integration aspects – both directly and through working closely with cross-functional partners.
The Director will report directly to the VP Wellness Commercial Lead, within the Enterprise Strategy & New Growth organization. The role will partner closely with the Senior Director Merchandising (Wellness) and their merchandising organization, along with other key peers and leaders across the business. This role will have visibility to senior leadership including the CEO, CFO, Chief Merchandising Officer, SVP Enterprise Strategy & New Growth, among others. The Director Wellness will lead a team including cross-functional specialists to execute against this business growth mandate.

: The pay range for this position is $140,200.00 - $190,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
