THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
This leader will architect and execute a transformative business development strategy to attract and onboard third-party (3P) vendors, ensuring the marketplace thrives as a key revenue driver. They will build a scalable onboarding strategy and support model, fostering seamless collaboration between the marketplace and merchandising teams. This role will open new revenue streams within the marketplace model by managing vendor relationships and driving innovation. This role will directly influence the growth trajectory of the marketplace, driving revenue, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the success of third-party vendors. By bridging strategy and execution, the Director of Marketplace Seller Relations will set the standard for excellence in vendor relations and marketplace performance.

: The pay range for this position is $140,200.00 - $190,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
