Manage relationships with digital and video vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead social media strategy and execution, including content planning, posting, community management, and engagement. Lead series efforts to support the associate social media advocacy program, driving employee engagement and brand amplification. Drive video content strategy, including production planning, distribution, and performance tracking. Develop and implement web strategy, ensuring an optimized user experience, content updates, and performance tracking. Manage internal and external digital communications, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline messaging and initiatives. Support producers and leaders by providing consultative digital insights, best practices, and promotional strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimize future initiatives. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovations to enhance marketing efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success managing campaigns end-to-end Social Media & Management: Sprinklr, all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Video & Design: Vimeo, Adobe, Canva Email Marketing & Web Tools: Google Ads, Various email marketing platforms, web analytics, and content management tools SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, SEO tools Excellent analytical skills and experience translating data into marketing insights Strong project management and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to handle multiple projects at once Is able to work well within a team environment, have good communications skills, and is able to take creative direction Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle constructive criticism Excellent customer service skills Legal right to work in the United States Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Lockton
