ABOUT THE ROLE

Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Los Angeles, CA. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, providing a consistent weekday routine.

Your Day: As a Dental Office Receptionist, you'll greet patients with warmth and professionalism each day, managing appointment schedules, patient intake, and check-out. With a strong focus on patient communication and record-keeping, you'll ensure everyone who enters our doors has a smooth and positive experience. From scheduling coordination to detailed documentation, your attention to detail and welcoming attitude will be key to our office's success.

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical office setting is required
• Hardworking and organized with the ability to multitask
• Respectful and reliable
