The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care both in person and over the phone Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and maintain the office calendar Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and courteously -Tain to learn commonly asked questions about dental procedures, insurance specifications and office policies. Verify insurance eligibility for private dental plans Use Open Dental Software to maximize the doctor's schedule. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable -Hotel Hospitality skills preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory Hospitality and communication skills mandatory Organizational skills, multi-tasking and learning on the job mandatory Warm and welcoming presentation, tone and etiquette a must Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail -Ability to work in a team.
