Your Role

As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in delivering anesthesia for various medical and surgical procedures. You will collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in professional development and training.
• Provide direct patient care and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Complete pre-anesthesia patient records and review laboratory results.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary

• Base salary starting at $243,500 for new graduates.
• Supplemental pay for call and additional hours worked.
• Sign-On Bonus of $30,000 .
• Advanced Sign-On Bonus option for students of $1,500/month .
• Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 .
• Eligible for annual merit increases.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Experience: Less than 2 years in a similar role.
• Licenses & Certifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
