We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate CNA to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients on the weekends. At Saad Healthcare Private Duty, we are dedicated to providing top-notch personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. Position Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Administer medications and adhere to proper medication management procedures
Record and report any changes in client's condition to the nurse supervisor
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, following infection control protocols
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Follow the client's individualized care plan, as directed by the nurse supervisor

Qualifications:

Active and valid CNA certification
Previous experience in a private duty or home care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think critically and react calmly in emergency situations
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be available to work weekends
