Job Description

Remote Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Sunday (Open availability required)
Salary: $14.25 per hour

About the Role

Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a remote opportunity? We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service and support through outbound calls. In this role, you'll connect with customers, assist with inquiries, set appointments, and offer solutions tailored to their needs. What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls based on assigned campaigns or projects
Accurately document customer interactions using provided tools
Provide excellent service and maintain a professional, friendly tone
Upsell products and services when appropriate
Set appointments in a business-to-customer (B2C) format
Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions

What We're Looking For:

At least one year of call center experience (working with an automatic dialer and call scripting is required for remote candidates - no exceptions)
A clear, professional, and friendly phone presence
Strong communication and active listening skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Sales experience is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills and proficiency with technology
Experience working in an outbound call environment

Work-from-Home Requirements:

PC or laptop (Windows 10 or higher; Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (via Ethernet cable)
USB-connected headset for clear communication
Webcam for virtual meetings/training
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 14.00 Per Hour
