Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BILINGUAL SPANISH Business Immigration Paralegal at Gerstein & Gerstein Attorneys located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish) and will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting research, organizing case files, maintaining client communication, and facilitating the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation
• Experience with case management software and databases
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
