As Strava empowers 150 million+ athletes globally, we're seeking a Brand Manager, Global Social to support our brand awareness goals. Youll create engaging content that builds global conversation and community across channels like the Strava Club, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As part of our Brand Marketing team, you'll infuse our brand into cultural spaces and grow awareness with a cross-functional team including Partnerships, PR, and Product Marketing. Using social media expertise and consumer insights, you'll develop content that resonates with our diverse demographics.

Work Model: We follow a flexible hybrid model, typically requiring about three days per week on-site at our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities include:


  1. Developing and managing the editorial calendar for Stravas social channels, aligned with strategic channel plans.

  2. Partnering with creative teams and freelancers to strategize content for global social media channels.

  3. Managing social media reporting, analyzing metrics to gather insights, and developing strategies.

  4. Creating content briefs that connect brand objectives with creative concepts for athletes, creators, and partners.

  5. Supporting wider marketing initiatives like product launches, campaigns, and community events.

Qualifications:


  1. 4+ years of experience in Social Media/Content.

  2. Proven track record as a social media strategist for a consumer brand or agency, with global experience.

  3. Ability to balance strategic thinking with real-time execution.

  4. Passion for transforming social and consumer data into actionable insights.

  5. Proficiency with tools like Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Asana, and Figma.

  6. Skill in crafting social copy and creative, tailored to different platforms and campaigns.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, based on skills, experience, and location. This figure reflects base pay only; benefits and equity are additional.
