The Vintage Funds

With over $40 billion in committed capital since inception, our private equity secondaries business, the Vintage Funds, has been an innovator in the secondary market for over 20 years. We seek investment opportunities that provide liquidity and capital solutions to private market investors and managers. Sourcing opportunities from around the world, we acquire portfolios of private market partnerships and assets across leveraged buyout, growth capital, real assets, infrastructure, venture capital, credit and distressed strategies. Client Portfolio Solutions

The Vintage Client Portfolio Solutions team is responsible for managing client interactions across the firms secondaries investment businesses, which includes private equity, real estate, infrastructure and future areas of potential expansion. These responsibilities include the development and production of marketing and other client update materials, the drafting of responses to client questions and requests for information, and the collection and analysis of relevant market data.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Principal Responsibilities

• Produce and update marketing and other client materials, including but not limited to product profiles, pitch books, performance and data analyses, update call and annual meeting materials, and other ad hoc client portfolio updates or inquiries
• Draft responses to and run analytics for client diligence questions and templates, including both ongoing client deliverables and communications as well as new business development activities such as completion of requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) during fundraising
• Manage data room access and content for fundraises, including case studies, sample client reporting and other documents
• Help answer questions internally from salespeople across all sales channels (private wealth, institutional, third party distribution) related to Vintage platform
• Coordinate closely with investment team and other internal stakeholders such as legal, risk management, operations, compliance, controllers and tax in order to respond to client requests and inquiries
• Help populate and maintain prospective client trackers

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage production of a high volume of quality work within tight timeframes, often including multiple simultaneous projects
• Attention to detailproven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy
• Knowledge and understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word and adaptability to learn other software products
• Candidate must be a team player and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take on more responsibility over time
