We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.Book travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.Provide general support to visitors and clients.Handle confidential information with discretion.Assist in project coordination and follow-up on deadlines.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
